According to reports, Ara had been tortured at the home of Asad and his family after they invited her to their residence. Upon her return home, after this distressing experience, she took her own life. Danish Ara was studying for her LLB degree and had known Asad for four to five months, developing a close bond during her treatment.
Jhansi circle police officer, Laxmikant Gautam, confirmed, “As soon as information was received, the police reached the spot and took the body for autopsy. We are investigating the case.”
