The United States has begun separate peace talks with Ukraine and Russia in Saudi Arabia. The United States has initiated separate discussions with Ukrainian and Russian delegations in Saudi Arabia, aiming to promote a peace agreement amid ongoing tensions. The Russian delegation will include experienced diplomat Grigory Karasin and adviser Sergei Beseda, linked to Russia’s Federal Security Service.

Trump has expressed confidence in his ability to influence outcomes regarding Putin, declaring in an Air Force One interview, “I think I’m going to be able to stop him.” He highlighted the tragic loss of lives on both sides during the conflict, aiming for a resolution that prevents further casualties.
