The National Earthquake Monitoring Centre reported the first tremor at 3:14 a.m., registering a magnitude of 4.0 in Myagdi district, about 40 kilometers from Baglung. The epicentre was located in the Muri area. The second earthquake occurred at 6:20 a.m., measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale, originating from the Khukhani area in Baglung district, approximately 300 kilometers from Kathmandu. Fortunately, no damage or casualties were reported from either event.

The recent twin earthquakes in Nepal registered magnitudes of 4.0 and 4.1, occurring in the Myagdi and Baglung districts, respectively. Despite the tremors being felt, there were no reports of damage or casualties, indicating that the seismic events were mild in nature.
