Kishor Forecasts Nitish Kumar’s Political Maneuvering Post-Bihar Polls

Election strategist Prashant Kishor asserts that Nitish Kumar may run with the BJP in Bihar’s upcoming assembly polls but will face challenges due to his declining popularity. Kishor predicts Kumar’s attempts to switch alliances and highlights the shortcomings of Bihar’s current political leadership.
Prashant Kishor, an election strategist and politician, has claimed that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will likely contest the upcoming Bihar assembly polls in alliance with the BJP. However, Kishor suggests Kumar may switch allegiances later in hopes of securing another term. He emphasized that Kumar, aged 74, is too unpopular to win a fifth consecutive term regardless of the alliance.
Kishor predicts that Nitish Kumar’s declining popularity will hinder his chances of remaining in power. He believes Kumar may attempt to change alliances in the future if he realizes the BJP won’t support him for another term. The Jan Suraaj Party aims to break the political cycle imposed by Kumar and Lalu Prasad, with Kishor criticizing both the ruling and opposition parties for Bihar’s difficulties.
