The police have identified the man inside the vehicle as Bhagyesh Oswal, while the man urinating is Gaurav Ahuja. Authorities suspect both individuals were intoxicated during the incident. “Oswal has been sent for medical tests as we believe the men were drunk,” stated a police official from Yerawada police station. Ahuja is currently evading capture, prompting local and Crime Branch police to pursue his arrest.

Legal actions have been initiated under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Motor Vehicles Act regarding public nuisance and unsafe driving. The police became involved after the video circulated, highlighting offenses such as causing danger on public roads, which necessitated further investigation into the matter.
