Following the incident, he returned to his vehicle, flaunting arrogant gestures towards the bystanders before speeding away, seemingly unbothered. Gaurav Ahuja, the accused, is allegedly the son of a restaurant owner and has been described by activist Vijay Kumbhar as a habitual offender known for exploiting legal loopholes.
