On this day, their argument intensified as Nagendra visited and once again raised the issue of the estate.
In a moment of aggression, Nagendra retrieved a knife from the kitchen and fatally stabbed his older brother multiple times in the chest during their heated dispute. Despite being quickly transported to a local hospital, Srikanta succumbed to his injuries by 1:30 pm, according to police reports.
